We will be glad making you an offer

In high season we rent our apartments
- from Saturday to Saturday - per week only - 7 days,
while in low season it is also possible to rent them for shorter stays.

  • The day of arrival the apartments are ready for our guests with an arrival time in between 3pm - 6pm. In case of your arrival after 6pm, we kindly ask you to communicate it by phone as soon as possible!
  • We ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9.30am on the day of departure.
  • We are happy to organize a free transfer to or from the San Candido - Innichen train station
  • Additional cot on request for extra charge.
  • Sheets, duvets, pillows and tablecloths are provided, but towels are NOT provided!
  • Wi-Fi is free. 
  • Conventions: with the indoor pool Acquafun
  • The price includes the SÜDTIROL GUEST PASS:
    Allows unlimited use of all ski buses in the Pusteria/Pustertal valley as well as of all means of public transportation (including regional trains) throughout South Tyrol and to Cortina. We will happily provide you with a ticket at your arrival.
Good to know
  • Reservation: Your booking is binding for both as soon as you have received written confirmation from us.
  • Please note that we do not accept more people in the flats than intended or confirmed by us. 
  • Payment arrangements:
    Booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (by arrangement). Cash payment of the remaining amount on the day before departure or by bank transfer 5 days prior to departure.
    We do not accept credit cards, checks or ATM cards.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to ask you the payment for the full stay.

  • Reservation Cancellation
     There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions: We expressly refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code G.v.D. 206/2005. In case of cancellation, the deposit - caparra - will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation 
    This sounds annoying and unfortunately it is. It is a pity if someone does not come and the flat remains vacant, although other guests would have liked to come. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the holiday price. After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total stay. In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge the entire booked stay.
  • Trip cancellation insurance
    Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should your booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Good to know
  • Four-legged friends: We only accept dogs of small to medium size, calm and well-behaved and no other animals; € 15.00 per dog and day without food. The dog must not be left alone during the entire stay in the apartment.
  • The tourist tax is not included in the indicated price, amounts to € 2.50 per person per day (children up to 14 years of age are exempt) and is paid at the end of the stay.
  • We offer reduced-price tickets for guests to the Acquafun swimming pools with sauna in San Candido-Innichen
